Accent Embroidery knows that security is very important to our clients. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data.

Order Processing

Your online orders will be processed within one business day. We will send you a pro-forma invoice, credit card authorization form, and any other necessary information.

Shipping

We provide a number of shipping options depending upon where you reside. Unless you request otherwise, we will use the regular ground shipping.

Returns

We allow returns and full credit for any unopened non-personalized products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 30 days of purchase. Personalized products cannot be returned, unless deffective.

Copyrights

We reserve the right to refuse any order for personalization that would constitute a copyright infringement, or is in our opinion offensive to an individual or a group of people. However, we cannot be aware of all copyrighted products and names. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their personalization is not offensive and does not violate the copyright law.
